This is an aluminum base plate combined with embedded copper tubes and copper blocks. The copper tubes are buried into the aluminum using a pressing process, with barbed copper fittings for easy hose connection. The copper blocks are positioned directly over the heat source areas for efficient heat transfer, while keeping the overall weight relatively light—suitable for industrial applications like power modules, lasers, or battery packs in new energy systems.
The aluminum-copper hybrid design leverages copper’s excellent thermal conductivity and aluminum’s advantages in weight and maintainability. It performs well in medium power density scenarios. During design, we optimize the flow channel layout based on specific thermal loads and installation space to ensure good temperature uniformity.
